Scene 1: The Daily Bugle Editorial
J. Jonah Jameson: "Who is Spider-Man? He's a criminal, that's who he is! A vigilante, a public menace! What's he doing on my front page?!"
Robbie Robertson (or Staff): "Mr. Jameson, please, isn't there a chance this man is just trying to do some good?"
J. Jonah Jameson: "Don't give me that bleeding-heart garbage! He's a menace to the city. Look at that, he's wearing a mask! Why? Because he's got something to hide!"
Scene 2: Negotiating with Peter Parker
J. Jonah Jameson (on the phone): "I don't care, tell him to look somewhere else. No, I'm not paying that much."
J. Jonah Jameson (to Peter): "Sit down! You got the pictures? Let me look at them. These are garbage! The lighting's bad, the angle's terrible... I'll give you a hundred bucks for the lot."
Peter Parker: "Two hundred! Plus a staff job!"
J. Jonah Jameson: (Laughs intensely) "A staff job? You serious? A staff job? Pack your things, get out of my building. Alright, three hundred. That's my final offer. Take it or leave it."
Scene 3: Naming the Villains
J. Jonah Jameson: "What are we gonna call this guy? We need a name. Something that jumps off the page!"
Hoffman (or Staff): "How about... Doctor Octopus?"
J. Jonah Jameson: "That's pretty good. But it's taken! Michael Octopus was my high school science teacher."
Hoffman (or Staff): "What about... Green Goblin?"
J. Jonah Jameson: "Green Goblin? I like it! Creative, scary. Print it on the front page: 'Green Goblin Terrorizes City!'"
Scene 4: The Inquest / "Meat"
J. Jonah Jameson: "I want pictures of Spider-Man! He's a public enemy! We need to show the people what he really is! He doesn't want to be famous? Then I'll make him infamous! Get out there and get me those pictures!"
Scene 5: Buying the Suit
J. Jonah Jameson: "A guy brings in Spider-Man's suit, and you just let him walk away?!"
Robbie Robertson: "He wanted a reward, Boss."
J. Jonah Jameson: "I'll give him a reward! A trip to jail! Go find him! Look at this thing... Spider-Man is gone! The city is safe. We did it, Robbie! The Daily Bugle saved New York!"
Scene 6: Playing Spider-Man
J. Jonah Jameson: (Wearing the suit behind his desk, mimicking web-shooting) "Thwip! Thwip! Take that, you criminals! I am the law around here!"
Scene 7: Spider-Man's Return
J. Jonah Jameson: "He took his suit back?! From my wall?! He's a thief! A criminal! He stole his own suit back! Robbie! Call the cops! Tell them the menace is back!"

Useful Phrase
"Staff job" means A permanent, full-time position at a company with a regular salary, as opposed to freelance work where you are paid per task.
"The lot" is A British/informal English term meaning "the whole amount" or "all of them."
"Take it or leave it" means "This is my final offer; you can either accept it exactly as it is, or reject it completely"
"Infamous" means Well known for some bad quality or deed (famous for a bad reason).
"Menace" means A person or thing that is likely to cause harm; a threat or danger.
